For the school year 2022/2023 you can apply for enrolling your child for preschool through 8th Grade.
Admission Policies
The International German School Sarajevo is proud of its students’ multicultural background and welcomes students from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds regardless of nationality, race, religion or gender.
Admission preferences
- Current students
- Siblings of current students
- All other students
New students are admitted on the basis of previous academic records and references, as well as a personal interview.
New students are selected by the principal.
Lessons are held in the following languages: German, English and B/H/S.
Preference to enrollment is given to children who know all or some of the above-mentioned languages.
Proficiency in the German, English and B/H/S/ languages are preferable, but are not strictly required.
